Adequate Stay with Room for Improvement

The location was lovely, perfect for family outings. arriving to find no meals available left us scrambling with young kids. The room had maintenance issues, which detracted from our overall experience. Future guests should plan ahead for meals and check room conditions prior to arrival.

Perfect spot for family fun!

Had an awesome stay with the fam. The room was spacious, good setup with a double bed and 4 singles. Nice touch with the curtain for some privacy. Location was really beautiful too, right near the water! The breakfast was decent, but the dining area was kinda cramped with no room to move around at peak times.

Fantastic location right by the harbour. Great views! It was lovely to have a quiet, clean room.

We enjoyed a great family room that was cozy and perfect for us. The kids loved splashing around in the lake! There’s plenty of lovely spots to unwind by the water, and the countryside views are stunning. Just a heads up, it was a bit noisy in the morning, so maybe bring some earplugs. 😊

The location offers breathtaking views and easy access to cycling paths and a nearby ferry. The room was clean, comfortable, and came with generous fluffy towels. be prepared for the lack of in-room amenities such as TVs, and the fact that room cleaning isn't provided during longer stays. Breakfast isn't included, and you might face delays in obtaining cabs from the area, as they have to travel from Chichester.

stayed here for a family holiday and it exceeded my expectations with the breathtaking views of the sea. the rooms were clean, nice, and the staff were super friendly, making us feel at home. itchenor sailing club really set a peaceful atmosphere perfect for our getaway.

I stayed in a cozy single room with loads of character! The bed was super comfortable, and I actually enjoyed watching the sunrise over the estuary while sipping my morning coffee.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but you know what? It was totally worth it.
